The Octagon Tower is located at 888 Main Street Roosevelt Island New York, it was a historical building that it originally served as main entrance to the New York Mental Health which open in 1841, the tower was completed restore and two 13 stories towers  wings were added of 424,000 square feet, this rental buildings is comprise of 500 apartments, the Landmark Octagon building was renovated to house the development lobby and resident amenities, parking was provided under the two wings. Landscaping exterior spaces with tennis courts and swimming pool. The exterior was designed with precast concrete exterior panels and window walls to match the Octagon.
