about us:
Octavio Lima and Carlos Palacios founded L&P Architects LLC a modern architectural studio built on innovation and driven by a clear vision: turning ideas into meaningful reality. Every project is a deliberate balance of function and form, shaped by a refined aesthetic that defines who we are.
Our team approaches each design with curiosity, precision, and a commitment to creating spaces that truly serve the people who use them. Whether we’re shaping residential communities, commercial environments, or cultural spaces, we focus on crafting architecture that inspires, elevates, and stands the test of time.
Rooted in modern thinking and guided by purposeful design, we turn concepts into places that feel both forward-looking and deeply connected to their surroundings.
